Dennis,

First of all, I'm NOT trying to stir up a hornets' nest.  My original
post was to answer the claim of "political incorrectness" about blame.

It CAN be argued that of the four you mentioned, three of them were
placed in their positions as a direct line of action by (you guessed it)
Dead White European Males. =20

Pol Pot - Took over Cambodia (which had been colonized by the French)
after a long, bloody revolution.  The US jumped into the power vacuum
left after the French bugged out but abandoned the effort in the mid
'70's, allowing the Khmer Rouge, led by Pol Pot, to seize power and kill
millions.

Idi Amin - Took over Uganda, which had been colonized by the British.
Had the British better educated the Ugandans during the colonial period,
Amin likely would never been able to seize power.  Killed thousands, if
not millions, of his own people.

Yassir Arafat - Continues to wage war against a democratic government in
Israel which was established after a bloody war against its neighbors.
The British (yep, Dead White European Males) abandoned the region after
World War II after playing both sides against each other for decades,
promising sovereignty to both sides in the conflict.  They exacerbated
the situation by prosecuting (and executing) one set of extremists while
turning a blind eye, at times even aiding, the other set of extremists
in the conflict.  Arafat continues to sponsor terrorism, even while
hiding in his compound in Ramallah, claiming that the victims of his
evil are trying to kill him. =20

Genghis Khan - Killed a lot of Dead White European Males.  Killed a lot
of other people too.  Did it mostly in wartime.  Had really bad table
manners and probably halitosis.   =20

Dead White European Males have given the world the greatest misery, the
decimation of life through technology and the understanding of our
physical life. They made valid arguments for that social desecration
that not only harmed other Europeans but people in all parts of the
world.
