Hi All,

Now I know Autumn's really here.

We've just returned from the "End of Season Party" weekend down in Devon at
the campsite we regularly visit. It's an alcohol fueled event held on the
last weekend in September immediately prior to shutting the site for the
Winter.

There are some tedious tasks that need to be performed like cleaning the
caravan (trailer), drinking the bar dry and so forth.

I took down my eldest and youngest daughters and two of their chums. Three
fifteen year-old girls, a ten year old and also my nephew (13). Katie (XYL)
wisely stayed at home to do something much more enjoyable (cleaning the
carpets).

All the kids disappeared as soon as we arrived on site on Friday afternoon
and only returned when they required the usual things (food and cash). What
they got up to I don't know, don't want to know, and didn't ask. They were
never visibly intoxicated (unlike me ;-)).

There was one spotty lad there though who could do with reading "Rules for
dating my daughter" (do a net search...).

A fun but exhausting weekend. The only downside was when my best friend went
ballistic in the middle of the 'main event' when his ex-wife had the
'temerity' to turn up...Oh well.

Paul :*)

p.s. My head hurts.
