[SOC] A touch of wind.

A picture of my boat tied up to Pier 3 in Baltimore last Friday is
available at http://www.qsl.net/w3gr/IsabelInnerHarbor.jpg . You can
see only the stern section on the left side of the picture, just
left of the building in left center (the National Aquarium). The
aquarium
suffered some flood damage, and had to pump oxygen manually from
cylinders into the fish tanks to keep the fish breathing. The boat
had no
damage. It was sort of built to get wet.
