I went to my local library today.  There was a big queue at the =
checkout.

When I got near the front of the queue, the man in front of me produced =
a pair of scissors, cut off one leg of his trousers below the knee, then =
placed it on the counter.  The librarian said "There's a turn-up for the =
books".
