Good question, Jan.  I'm leaving on a month long trip on Sept 14 and 
cannot administer it this time around.
Would someone like to volunteer to post announcements of rules to the 
SOC, QRP-L, and Elecraft reflectors?
You would also need to include your e-mail address and snail mail 
address for log and summary collection.
I really have too much to do to prepare for this trip to spend the time.
