You're correct Jim, however polygamy has been openly practiced in the towns
of  Hilldale and Colorado City for 60 years, that I'm aware of, and probably
much longer.  These towns are a few miles apart and straddle the Az. and
Utah borders.  They are one of a number of breakaway cults in Utah and
Arizona, and have been left pretty much alone by the authorities.  These
cults have no connection with the LDS church, however they consider
themselves to be good Mormons.  On the point of Pacifism, I can't remember
ever meeting a pacifist Mormon.  They consider military duty secondary only
to their missionary duty.  This one's older than I am--"bigamy is having one
wife too many--monogamy is the same."
