The "Saturday Night Live" comedy show had a neat skit where Reagan
would muddle along when in a public meeting. As soon as the public or
press had left, he would become a super-intellect and solve all the
world's problems.
I thought he was better at being President than as Governor of
California (although his "tax cut" caused my taxes to increase
substantially).
