[SOC] Rugby League Grand Final

Forgot to tell everyone we had our RL Grand Final on Sunday night. [think Super
Bowl]

Even though we are hosting the Rugby World Cup, it is highly unlikely to
measure up to this superior standard. This was champagne football played at a
non-stop [except half time] frenetic pace, often under atrocious conditions
with periods of torrential rain.

I can honestly say this is the best I've ever witnessed. Some real hard head on
hitting in the first 15 minutes, the average person wouldn't get up for an
hour.

I doubt if, on my best day back mumble, mumble when, I'd last 5 minutes against
this standard. Old time first graders would at their best last around 10
minutes. These guys went the full 80 minutes at full bore. Totally unbelievable
for superb class.
