[SOC] The Mount Everest of Boring Places

Well, I'd take issue with Chipping Sodbury. It's a relatively attractive
small town and has (these days anyway) the best Thai restaurant in the area.

Yate however, (pronounced Yah-tay by residents who acknowledge its sheer
mediocrity with tongue in cheek) is one of the most depressing, boring
places I've had the misfortune to drive through. And I nearly always get
lost on the way to Bristol. It's also got a large council tip. Ok, it's got
a largish Tesco too (supermarket).
