Curiously, he apparently declined an invitation to watch the US play here.
Their games coincided with his visit.

So much for supporting your old college, so much for supporting your
countrymen.

That would have given them a huge lift and remember, USA played well above
their weight division.

An extremely credible performance of which every American should be justly
proud.
