Yes, but Irsay's action in no way justified Art Modell's thievery nor 
his denial of the facts after the Cleveland fans became aware of his 
plot with the Governor of Maryland.   Maybe that is why the courts 
allowed several cases to proceed, none of them were lost by the fans in 
Cleveland.  (name of team, retention of colors for uniforms, and ticket 
refunds to the tune of $ 50 million to season ticket holders to name a 
few.  No wonder Art's cardiologist advises him to avoid trips with the 
team to Cleveland.  He says the stadium visit might be hazardous to his 
health.....
