Hi Guys
In history, perhaps one of the most influential French victories was when the
French Navy prevented the British Navy from supporting the British who thus
surrendered to American rebels and there emerged the present day USA. The French
Naval success was critical as the rebels were in military terms not much good
and they would not have defeated the British otherwise

Mind you guys, none of this has anything at all to do with Second Class CW
Operation - when do we get back to the point?

Not even. This is a base canard started as a joke by a Canadian student.
Try it yourself.
