[SOC] W0SOC (Op-N4BP) in EQP & Marathon Sprint

Hello,

I'll be using the new Second Class Operator's club call, W0SOC in both 
the Elecraft QSO Party and the SOC Marathon Sprint.  During the time 
when the two parties are on together, I'll send the EQP exchange 
followed by my SOC #1.  For other SOCers that I work, I'll note their 
numbers with a CTRL-N in NA.

As dictated by the trustee for W0SOC (N0UF), any QSL requests for just 
THIS operation should go to me, N4BP.
