[SOC] Still growing up

Thank you all for the warm welcome.  I'm proud to have been accepted as a
member of this august group.  I feel very much at home already!  All the
talk about airplanes....in my youth I was a flight radio op on the old
PAA Boeing B-314 Clippers landing on the Shannon River at Foynes.  (Among
other places.)  Later on Consolidated PB2Y3s int o Loch Neigh near
Belfast and still later on C-54s into Paris.  So I feel right at home
here.  A QRPeer for 65 years even before it was called that.  Thanks for
