Hi Guys,

They're not real pages. I *think* that it's an ASP (active server page)
though I'm no expert in the area and could be completely wrong.

Rather than there being *real* html pages at the end of the hyperlink, you
have piece of software that pretends to be a page by emitting HTML but it
modifies its behaviour according to the incoming link.

It's trivial to implement and has completely achieved its purpose in
occupying the attention (in a truly SOC fashion) of a number of us.

It's a gas. (Ok, bad joke...)
