[SOC] How to keep an idiot busy for hours ( a normal thing for a SOC to do )

I went to http://www-csag.ucsd.edu/individual/pakin/idiot/ without the
file name.
There isn't an index.htm(l) file in this location so a listing of the
files there is
displayed. After letting it run for several minutes it only displayed
600+- files.
The files I viewed all had date/time stamps starting at 09:37
18-Oct-1996 and
# 500 has a d/t stamp of 17:43 18-Oct-1996.  So I don't think it's a
loop written in
Javascript or anything else.  Of course, I've been wrong before.  Looks
like a
loop was used to create all these files and it wasn't very fast, 500
small files in
eight hours.

So I added the file name, chapter1.html,  then just keep adding 0's to
it to
see how high the numbers went. I quite at 15 0's.
