We used to have an 'apathy' society at university. Anybody could join. We
didn't care. The only sanction the club would apply to members was that
of expulsion. That would apply to any member who happened to turn up to
a meeting. Trouble was that anybody reporting an individual for turning up
(to a broom cupboard in the maths building)  had to have been there too.So
they also were expelled. The rest of us didn't give a toss anyway.
