[SOC] BTU?

Welcome back.  Know the feeling, having been QRT for 30 years.  Lotsa
changes.

In answer to your question, language evolves.  "BTU" is used on the air, but
I suspect it is an internet chat term that has migrated into CW fairly
recently.  Never heard it in previous era, so I would guess a purist would
deny its existence.  But the meaning is clear enough in the context.
