[SOC] Wayne Kerr RF Bridge

There is a Wayne Kerr RF Bridge on eBay right now (erroneously identified
as "15 kHz to 50 MHz" -- it's only good to 5 MHz, per the panel).  Anyway,
I don't know the range of measurements,  accuracy, and resolution of this
bridge.  If anyone could provide this information or suggest where to find
it, I would appreciate an email.

I suspect this would be almost as good for me as an extra hole in the head,
but, well, maybe....
