Director, then our Security Advisor, then VP Chaney, then somebody's 
ambassador to Niger, then the weekend talk shows, then the "over 
aggressive" press.....
It all shook out the afternoon, when Ari Fleischer, White House Press 
Secretary jumped off the sinking ship.....
George seems satisfied for today, and is willing to drop the whole 
thing.....
By the way, at least one more "post major combat" American death, and 
about ten more wounded during an "incident" reported on the evening 
news.....
