Salt in the beer is probably an innovation best forgotten, BUT... if you
must, don't forget to tap the edge of the glass with the shaker so it
settles to the bottom.... might be more difficult in the U.S. where they
have the awesome and tasty tradition of pouring beer with a head.... makes
for a cool mustache and great taste...!!
