The Second Class Operators Club has been Granted the call
W0SOC effective 1-22-2003.

If you want to use this call for a contest, mini DXpedition, on a
weekend
or whenever, send me an e-mail.

QSLing will be the responsibility of the Ham using the call.
1. Announce your QSL manager's call (usually your home call) after every
5 to 10 qso's.
2. Create your own W0SOC QSL cards on the computer or have them printed.
3. Respond to QSL requests in a reasonable time frame

I'll send Claude an updated web page to install at
http://www.qsl.net/soc of who
the qsl manager is for each operation.  It will look something like
