[SOC] Got my first psk-31 qso!

Excellent?  Did you read the qso? lol!

I was overmodulating, had to QSY twice, and then the guy ended up saying
that his SWR was out of sight suddenly and he signed.  Lmao!  If that ain't
a SOC QSO, I dunno what is!!! :^D
