The one suing ...
Any lawyer for even taking the case ...
The judge for letting it go to trial ...

but in the end, I guess it's true what they say about a "jury of your 
peers" ...

it would take a jury of "morons" to award money to a "moron" for ... 
well, being a "moron"!
