(Warning - old story alert - many have heard before - lol)

When I first got my Tech+ license, my rig was an HTX-100 (RS 10m Rig). I
had just put a beam out in the yard on (get this setup) top of a 10 foot
pipe, which was in a rotor that was attached to a pipe sticking one foot out
of the ground. I was tuning around and heard DK8ZB calling CQ. He then
asked for QRP stations only. So I flipped my rig to the 5w position and
called out "kilo charlie zero bravo oscar mike".

"QRP only please."

"kilo charlie zero bravo oscar mike"

"QRP only please."

I again sent my call. Finally a response: "Kilo charlie zero bravo oscar
mike, how much power are you running?"

I replied, "5 watts."

The guy said my sig was too strong to be five watts, called me a liar, and
signed. Lmao! Oh well, we got signal reports exchanged at least :^)
