Good grief, I misquoted Our Beloved Governor???  How second-class of me!  I
should have known something was wrong, as I have never heard of an ethanol
cartel.  Corn cartel, well, that's something different.

My apologies to Gray, Rob, and all the members of the infamous and dreaded
Corn Cartel.
