It seems, if you can get "experts" to agree, that 10% is harmless. It is beyond
that level problems occur.

It probably also doesn't hurt if the ethanol production company is owned by the
Prime Minister's best mate and is a huge financial contributor to the party.

Whenever that issue is raised the PM seems to switch the topic of the interview
to Iraq.
