That was my first thought. A quarter wave for 75 Khz and multiple wave lengths
for anything else. Still wouldn't beat a good rhombic.
Structurally it will be some project, imagine 0.6 mile high. Previous largest
one was part of the "Omega" network and that [from memory] was 400 metres tall.
This is X 2.5 times that.
How much is fact and how much is kite flying [looking for funding, govt support
etc.] I don't know. I assume the area is relatively quiet for lightening
otherwise that could be an alternative source of power.
