Holland:

"Bush's national security adviser, Condoleezza Rice, pledged the United
States would attempt to turn around war opponents France, Russia and China,
who said U.N. weapons inspectors should be given more time to do their work
in Iraq... ...She called a French proposal for more months of inspections
illogical. 'It's illogical to believe that he (Saddam) is somehow going to
comply in the face of more monitors,' she said."

Au contraire, Ms Rice! As long as the inspectors are bustling about the
country, Saddam will not be using any weapons of mass destruction.  Fill the
place up with inspectors! Keep them there until Saddam and his crew are
sitting toothless in the Old Arabs' Home.
