Well ... let's say only the "dangerous" (productive) part of it.
Just wondering if some DL Chemical Firm can stop furnishing Anthrax to
Saddam and produce latex instead...

Now, as an addendum to my (too long ?) non-PC post (1h30 spent in
train & metro give you time to think)

1/ Chevnement was Ministry of Defense when France declared war to
Saddam in 1991. Chevnement was against the war. And his motto was
:"When you are a Minister and if you do not agree with the main line
of your govt, you have only 2 choices : either you shut up or you
resign".
He resigned. At least he was logical with himself.

2/ USA has delivered helicopters to Saddam. These helicopters were
originaly civilian ones, used by farmers as manure spreaders. But
before delivery, US Army has modified these copters so that they can
suit "chemical spreading".

3/ I mentionned Italy in my previous post. Their "contribution" was
also abt chemical products.

4/ Each time the reporters were asking T.Aziz or other Irakis : "But
how did your European interlocutors react when you were asking for
this or that ?" (meaning : you were asking for potentialy dangerous
stuff), the answer was : "They did not asked nothing. They were not
fooled abt the real use we will make of the products. They were even
laughing at our official [reassuring] answers."
