I would,

If it matters at all, then every piece of debris is needed to try and
figure out the reason 
for the breakup. From what I am reading in the Newspapers I think that
the incident 
during liftoff was the cause for the explosion. Unfortunately that craft
was doomed before
they even tried re-entry. I personally would jail any one caught taking
parts home or to sell.
