Hi Ian yes from what I have been watching on the television here that would
be a very welcome gift for the land of oz. I hope you get it but hopefully
it will be spread out over a couple of days and not all at once. Although
conditions here have been dryer than normal, in fact people who live on the
lake Huron shoreline have gained up to 200 ft of additional real estate due
to low lake levels I don't think I would hurry up and erect a building there
yet. Several years ago Mother Nature decided to play catch up on the rain
and many basements ended up with between 3 and 8 feet of water in them what
a mess. As dry as conditions have been here its no match for the drought
down under.
