[SOC] Shropshire lad looking for on-the-air CW practice

There is a fellow in Telford with a recent upgrade to an A license who 
would like to practice his CW on-the-air with an elmer. If any of you G 
or M ticket holders could manage a schedule with him, let me know and 
I'll give you his call and e-mail address.

I make these matches for VE and W hams regularly as the Code Buddy 
Coordinator for the FISTS Club. Irregularly a DX ham writes in looking 
for someone to work with, but I have a very small pool of hams outside 
Canada and the US.

There is also an F looking for work at any speeds up to 40wpm. Claude, 
are you out there?
