Ah .... set the computer clock to Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, Edinburgh, 
Lisbon, London
How truely SOC!!!!
If you don't want it to update for daylight saving changes, go up one 
selection to Casablanca, Monrovia.  The update for dst is greyed out and 
uncheckable.

But then you would have to look for another excuse for missing schedules 
and nets and contest start times!!
