Dang, I was hoping for some sort of "gravitational calamity."  Never sat
through one of those.  Maybe that's why I like it here in California.
Bloody few other reasons left.  And no, Mars right now does not look as big
as the moon.  But 1/75 as wide as the moon?  Sure.  Yep.  No problem.

And although Mars doesn't look as big as the moon, I bet it's a whole lot
smarter.  :)
