Would that I could take the Webmaster's position, but as you dutifully noted, 
I am President of my own Company and that means tooooo many hours a week now. 
  On top of that, my three kids are keeping me busy.   On the good side, 
mate, I may soon be able to call on you any time I wish.....for one flat 
rate, so be ready to privately email me a phone number. I will fill you in on 
how I am doing this and perhaps you will be able to do the same.

I truly believe that you, Ian, are the only hope of our SOC'ers and it does 
appear to be a low maintenance position, so that is a plus.   I would think a 
once a month tune-up would take care of things, eh? agn?

Again, my support is unwavering for you, my friend.   There is not a finer 
SOC'er out there right now for the post.   ;-)
