[SOC] In Praise of the Tricolor

Hello agn, Ian:

Let me see.....the past two years.   Well, it would be a lie to tell you I 
was on a 3 year drunk, because I rarely drink. (hi hi)

Between work, starting a business and my growing Family (more on that in a 
moment), I have been tied up quite literally since we last spoke.   I have 
not even had time to ragchew on the rig for more than a year and hence, sold 
it until I DO have time.   I miss that rig, Ian and will soon have another.

Now to the Family.   Well my oldest daughter is 13, youngest is now 4......my 
son arrived to us on the 9th of July last year.   Yep, 3rd time was a charm, 
but I had the plumbing rerouted 10 days after he got here and that will not 
happen anymore.   :-)

In 2001 we vacationed in California and I had a chance to see Yosemite.   
Quite nearly Heaven on Earth, mate.   The views cannot be described and 
photos cannot do it justice, but I will send you one in a future note anyway. 
  Breathtaking.

Ok, enough of my rambling.   Your turn.....and since you replied here on the 
SOC, I doubted that you would mind my reply the same way.......if you do, 
tell me and we can take it to the one on one variety.   It's just good to 
know you are still out there, Sir.   There are a handful of SOC'ers who made 
a real impression on my memory (BOB is one of them-N4BP) and I am here to 
stay around for a bit.

BTW, did you ever get an SOC certificate?   I am working on a new design as 
we speak and wondered if you got one?
