Agreed, but do you wan't the ARRL to only pass you e-mails that are amateur
radio related and nothing else?

They are just relaying all mail to your ISP.  You are paying for an ISP to
give you connectivity (www.cox.net perhaps?)
That's where you should be sending your complaints. They host your mailbox.
