Well, France and Germany were as much use as a chocolate teapot before the
war, Can't see them being much use after it either.
Much as I like the French, as a Brit, I am grateful that they didn't join
in...If their past record is anything to go by, the Iraqi army would be
shelling England across the English Channel by now :-)

The media is reporting that both France and Germany are saying that they
want to have a major role in post-war Iraq.  My question is, how should the
nations of the coalition respond to this?
