[SOC] C-Nile Virus

Having mentioned the C-Nile Virus, it struck me that perhaps some of you
may not know of this problem.  It is especially SOC-related, and even the
most advanced programs from Norton can't
eradicate it.  The C-Nile virus appears to affect mostly PC operators who
were born before 1940.

The C-Nile Virus can cause the victim to:

-> send the same e-mail twice.
-> send blank e-mail.
-> send e-mail to the wrong person or group.
-> send a message back to its originator.
-> send an email without the attachment attached.
-> hit "SEND" before finishing the
