On joint toujours l'utile � l'agr�able, tipically French way of acting !

Now let's see how I can explain this one : "to join the needed to the enjoyable"
Meaning : when you are doing something, try to do it in such a way that you 
will achieve the original task (the "needed") in such a way so that you will 
get also a "pleasant time" in doing it.
Some SOC irony in my answer to your original tnx : France and Africa are deeply 
linked. A lot of local "leaders" are still ruling their country only and only 
bcoz France (and other ones, do not be so shy ...) is in the backyard 
supporting them.

<IRONY ON>
The "Pleasant" side is the fact that France - country which used to have a lot 
of colonies here and there - is still involved there, being now paid back with 
problems. (Ok, our business men are making money too !)
The "Needed" is of course, the urgent need of action to rescue foreigners who 
are now in danger.
