Well, to be fully honest, we also have to thank Bud, VE7ASK. I was abt to look
for the exact date when I received his membership application stating the date
of the Sprint ;o)

Now, abt the rules, in a pure SOC way, I just made a "copy/paste" from last SOC
Sprint.
I will update the web site so to be accurate. But pse feel free to send the mods
to other reflectors as I am not a subscriber to these ones. Tnx
