Argentinian radio amateurs tried something totally different and con-
structed a buoy which transmits interactively on 14026 and 28192.5 kHz.
It will be exposed by the ship "Balizador" and will then float with the
current of the sea. It answers any calls with a position and weather
report like that: "vvv LU0ARC/mm LU0ARC/mm 21/08/02 1537 UTC 35.08 S
57.02 W 13.7 V LIGHT 098 TC 28.0 TW 20". Carlos,LU5DZB, asks for any
