[SOC] Help needed

Hello Friends,

"Une fois n'est pas coutume", just wondering if someone here has some friend or
contact in India. I have received some email from a guy who seems interested in
Ham radio but a bit "alone" in his area (Mumbai). He is 18 years old and seems
to have some real interest in electronic / technical areas.
Contacts with the India ARS seem a bit unsuccessful up to now.
Any tip ?
