[SOC] Need Tone Encoder Board Help

Was given a tone encoder board, and need some info on it.  Here's all I know:

- Has FTS-32E "stamped" on the board
- Has 2 IC's
- Has 8 pins on the board, assuming they are for voltage in, tone out, etc.
- Is 2" by 1-1/4"
- Has a DIP switch with 5 switches on it, the DIP switch itself is red, the   
switches are white, numbered 1-5.
