Paul,
See http://home.iae.nl/users/reinc/TLF-0.2.html
It handles general logging in addition to contests. Not a lot of
contests are directly supported yet, but there is an "other contests"
option which will handle the logging part (you may have to figure your
score by hand, however). The major DX contests are supported with the
Cabrillo format. I haven't tried using the CW keying features yet, but
hope to in the CW CQWW next month.
TLF is still under construction and changes come our fairly often.
There's a mailing list which covers TLF plus some other items at
http://debianham.sunsite.dk (click on support).
