That's true of course but the thing I really can't understand is why they
have to
take so many breaks. Maybe they're not very fit and get tired easily.

In my experience, a slice of orange and glass of water after forty minutes
seems
to be entirely adequate and sets you up magnificently for the second half.

Ah, well. We watch and learn...
