So I was right in my guess abt the F letters.
Do not know who sent these letters in S. Africa, stapled to a card, but with 
the holes made, the condom _may_ become unusable. As far as I know ... ;o))

Condom : French city, located in the S.W., near Toulouse.
Pays du Foie Gras et de D'Artagnan ...
I do not remember exactly which one of the 4 mousquetaires was from the city of 
Condom.
I have spent there a part of some w/e some years ago. Locals said that 
foreigners (especially Brits and Yankees ;o) are making pics of themselves near 
the City sign at the border of the city,this "road sign" showing the city name.
Ahh , those tourits ... ;op
The city in itself is really a pretty one, in the pure style of Richelieu era. 
Small streets, old style houses, a.s.o. Everything is made to keep this 
architecture "as is", despite the fact that people are living there. As far as 
I remember, outdoor antennas (TV) were not allowed to keep the charm of the 
city.
