> Bonjour tous, Bonsoir Ian !

Ah, I always love respect,
>>

Well, mostly respect, you are right. But also the fact that you are the only
active one located on "this" side of the Earth, which is a bit ahead of all of
us on the Time scale !

Now, since you are asking for some grammar lesson, let's make some
Orthography/spelling check.

[Kidding on]
<<
[Or for the Neandethals among you, Mercy Bucketfuls].
>>

The French version for our ancestors is NeandeRthal. I guess the English
version is the same.

<<
the perils of unnecessay capitalisation.
>>

I may also reach the perils of unnecessary typos ;o)

[Kidding Off ... maybe]

As for French and CW, believe it or not, but I do prefer using English than
French bcoz English is a "basic language" (Attention, non non ... pas la
tte !! Bon, attendez au moins que j'ai enlev les lunettes !) and syntax and
words are quicker sent. Basically, the same idea can be said with fewer (and
maybe shorter) words when using English.

<<
Looked through the list below and I'm slipping even further behind "the kid", a
nice boy and the wife thinks he's cute, but this is competitive...
>>

Rob, I think Ian is telling here that his wife appreciates you ;o)
Congrats !

See you next month !

72!
