modification and it made quite a difference in the attack time of the AGC
on strong signals.  I

tried to replace the 2n2222 driver with a cross ref. 2n918 (NTE161) which
did not work out so

good.  It reduced my power.  I then tried a NTE 123AP which increased my
power by 1/4 watt on

28.06Mcs.  Any one with a Sierra might want to try the Mods.  I used the
2n2222 I removed from

the driver and used it for the AGC mod.
